Portland is in need of an experienced candidate to fill the position of Personal Assistant and Office Administrator.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General Administration
  • Personal Assistant to GM & MD
  • Office Management
  • Fleet Administration
  • ISO / Incident & Risk Management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Afrikaans
  • Professional in work and appearance
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent co-worker relationships and team player attitude
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office and adaptable to use other software
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience (Personal Assistance)
  • Own reliable transport
